DETAILS: This youth fitness program is designed to build strength, agility, coordination, and overall athletic confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will rotate through a variety of strength and agility based exercises led by our Personal Trainer, Amanda Noyce
WHO: The program is open to ages 8 – 17 at any fitness level, as most exercises will be performed using an AMRAP format (As Many Repetitions As Possible) within a set time. This allows each participant to work at their own pace while still being challenged appropriately. Instructors will provide modifications to ensure every child can participate safely and successfully.
WHEN: Ages 8-12 will have class on Mondays, 6:45PM – 7:30PM, January 26th through March 2nd
Ages 13-17 will have class on Tuesdays, 6:45PM – 7:30PM, January 27th through March 3rd
