Kettle Sculpt

This is a low impact (easy on the knees) medium intensity workout for beginners to moderate fitness levels. The class will use kettlebell weights to raise heart rates with swings, and to sculpt muscles and increase our core strength using the kettlebell as resistance. The class is formatted following music with each song focusing on a specific series of movements. The class moves continuously through each song for a constant flow of movement.
