This is low impact (easy on the knees), medium intensity workout for beginners to moderate fitness-level participants. Participants will use kettlebells to raise heart rates with swings and sculpt muscles and increase core strength with kettlebell resistance. The class consists of a series of rounds in which we cycle through specific exercises for 30-60 seconds.
